How do you send my item?We will package your item safely and depending on the size and weight - chose a suitable courier or postal service for you.

How do I order?Find a piece you like and go through the online order process

When can I expect my delivery?Speed depends on which service you select - You will be emailed with your courier tracking number as soon as it is booked

What is your cancelation policy?We offer a standard 14 day cancellation policy assuming flowers are yet to be received. Once flowers are received, our services are engaged and there is no cancelation from this point.

How do I order?Firstly - please get in touch and we can discuss your requirements. We would need to know what flowers you would like cast and what event you are commemorating.

What is the payment process?We require 50% deposit to secure the date slot and the balance to be paid before delivery.

How soon must I send you my flowers?Within 3 days of the event to ensure they are fresh enough cast.

Do I need to send you my flowers?Yes. We wil discuss the logistics during the booking process. Most often a courier will collect from your home and deliver to me.
